your order is usually shipped within 3-5 office days after we received your payment. If you need a faster delivery please write us and we will try to make it possible by express delivery. We ship with UPS or by registered mail depending on your order.

Switzerland

Orders to Switzerland are shipped with German Post.

Please notice that delivery to Switzerland might take longer due to customs clearance.

the delivery of your order will be made to the address placed in your order, if for some reason the delivery were delayed, we'll inform you as soon as possible, also in case the stock of any article is not available.

returns or exchanges

If you don´t like what you received or a piece did not fit please send the pieces back within 14 days to:

We will gladly exchange unworn and undamaged items or refund if necessary. Please don't forget to send us your bank details and a note with your name, address and invoice number when you return the product. 

Please notice:

mamaradscha will not make any change or not accept the return of any products if the item has been used, undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until you process its return.

all our prices are in euros (€). the prices of the products are as specified on our website (vat included) and mamaradscha reserves the right to modify these at any time.this will not affect your statutory rights.shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.
